Current and notable research projects/ publications:
- The Scottish Feminist Judgments Project. Along with Profs Sharon Cowan and Vanessa Munro, Chloë ran the Scottish Feminist Judgments Project, whose major outputs (including a podcast, virtual exhibition, teaching resource, and gallery of students’ creative works) can be found here: https://www.sfjp.law.ed.ac.uk/
- An AHRC funded project about legal responses to deceptively induced intimacy (sex and romantic and / or sexual relationships). She is writing a monograph based on this research, provisionally titled Inducing Intimacy: Deception, Consent and the Law (under contract with Cambridge University Press). As part of this project, Chloë co-commissioned award-winning work by visual artist Jamie Crewe.
