In conversation with Ayesha S. Chaudhry

In this event co-sponsored by the School of Divinity, GENDER.ED and RACE.ED, Professor Chaudhry will be speaking about her book, The Colour of God: A Story of Family and Faith, which fuses grand historical narratives of colonialism and migration to the small, intimate heartbreaks of modern life, and examines the joys and sorrows of life in the wreckage of colonialism. Joining Professor Chaudhry will be Dr Shadaab Rahemtulla, Director of Equality and Diversity at the School of Divinity and Lecturer in Islamic Studies; and Dr Radhika Govinda, Director of GENDER.ED and Senior Lecturer in Sociology.
